Returns, Replacements, Cancellations, and Refund – Reyshell
At Reyshell, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make the process as simple and seamless as possible.
🔄 Returns
Customers may request a return within 48 hours of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- The product is returned in its original condition.
Only products meeting these conditions will be eligible for return.
If you purchased a Reyshell product through a third party platform, their return and refund policies will apply.
⚡ Important Conditions
- Your first exchange is free. Subsequent exchanges will incur a charge of ₹200 per item.
- Returns are subject to a ₹150 processing fee, which will be deducted from the store credit issued.
- Products exchanged once are not eligible for return.
- Wrong, defective, or damaged items are eligible for a free replacement or refund.
- Limited edition collections and curated drops are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned.
📦 Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive an empty package, missing product, damaged item, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A clear 360° unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, is required for verification.
Claims without proper video evidence or showing signs of tampering may not be accepted.
If multiple items were delivered and fewer items are received during return pickup, Reyshell reserves the right to deduct the full MRP of the missing items from the refund amount. This also applies to complimentary gifts and promotional items.
🚚 Reverse Pickup
If Reverse Pickup is Not Available in Your Area
Some pincodes don't support return pickup. In that case:
- Reyshell will ask you to send the parcel yourself through India Post or another courier service.
- You will share the shipping receipt and tracking number with Reyshell.
- If you are returning the item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, etc., you will have to pay the courier charges yourself.
- If Reyshell sent the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, Reyshell should reimburse the shipping cost or arrange a replacement at no extra charge.
🔁 Replacements
Replacements are available in cases of:
- Size or fit issues
- Product defects
- Incorrect products received
All replacement requests are subject to the same return conditions mentioned above.
Replacement products will be dispatched only after the original item is received and passes quality inspection at our warehouse.
❌ Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before they are processed for shipment, whichever is earlier.
To cancel an order, please initiate the cancellation on the website and then contact us via:

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Store credits will be added to your Reyshell account within 5 to 7 business days after approval and can be used for future purchases.
For Cash on Delivery orders, shipping charges are non refundable.
For prepaid orders, refunds will also be issued as store credit.
Reyshell reserves the right to deny store credit if returned items fail quality checks due to signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, perfume, or tampering. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer and no refund or credit will be issued.
📦 Partial Returns
Partial returns are allowed for eligible items within 48 hours of delivery.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
If a returned product was part of a promotional offer, bundle, or combo purchase, the refund amount or store credit may be adjusted accordingly.
Refunds or store credits apply only to the returned products and do not include shipping charges.

Reyshell reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Our team may contact customers to verify order details before dispatch, including address confirmation, quantity, payment status, or any other essential information required for successful delivery.
