  • During high-volume seasons or promotional events, order processing may take slightly longer.

🌍 International Shipping

  • We ship to select countries worldwide.
  • Customs duties and import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delays due to customs processing are outside our control but we’ll do our best to assist if needed.

🔍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

🚨 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Reyshell is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported missing.
  • If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping provider first using your tracking number.
